How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7-14 business days after final approval of your story. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Our team is working on expanding our international shipping options soon!
Damaged Items
What if my book arrived damaged or defective?
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, please contact us (support@foryoutales.com) within 48 hours with photos. We are happy to provide a replacement order.
Incorrect Delivery Address
What if an incorrect delivery address was provided?
We understand that mistakes happen! Please email us (support@foryoutales.com) as soon as possible with the correct address. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately can't make changes or take responsibility for delivery issues.

Because each book is custom-made specifically for you with personalized content, we cannot accept returns on personalized books. However, we stand behind the quality of our products!
Production Errors: If there's a mistake in printing or personalization, we'll send you a replacement at no charge.
Shipping Damage: If your book arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.
Quality Issues: Any quality concerns should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Can I return my personalized book?
Because each book is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized books. However, if there's an error in production or damage, we'll replace it free of charge.
What if I'm not satisfied with my book?
Your satisfaction is important to us! If there's an issue with your book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Can I request changes after my book is printed?
Once production begins, we cannot make changes to the book. That's why we send you the story for approval before we start printing!
How do I report a printing error?
If you notice any printing errors or quality issues, please email us at support@foryoutales.com with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
